Talbot supporter
As I said the players were apparently told to get a sick line. Presumably as evidence to support a case for the game to be called off. Surely there should be something in place , 7 players no well is bit much , missing some of our best players for a big game in the cup
maggotman
Are Talbot scared? Surely the Mighty Talbot can handle Hurlford?
Talbot supporter
Are Talbot scared? Surely the Mighty Talbot can handle Hurlford? Will a full squad I would be confident, but it must give hurlford a shot in the arm knowing these players are missing
TFW
Missing last night were Gordon Pope, Craig McCracken, Willie Lyle in defence; Gareth Armstrong, Kieran Healy in midfield (Stephen Wilson played the last 5 minutes despite not being fit) and Mark Shamkland and Graham Wilson missing up front. Samson went off suffering after scoring. These aren't bit part players. Healy apart they're all Super League winners and Junior Cup winners.

ibenji
absolutely farce if a sick line can for a sickness bug can get a game called off. Fixture pile up is bad enough never mind throwing this into the mix. Nothing stopping a team bunging a doctor to write sicklines if they didn't fancy a game due to a few injuries!
TFW
We had Alan McCluckie at left back last night, and he's due a bus pass in the not too distant future. We had two fit subs last night, one of whom was the goalkeeping coach.

wow-wee
If you have 8 player's the game goes ahead as it's a cup game you can only play signed players you can go out and sign 5 or 6 players from under 21s or ammies for the game it's 2020 not 1970 .
