Christophe
Would be absolutely sensational stuff if Madagascar top this group! On paper they should have been completely stuffed three times! Fully behind them now, come on lads!

CaspianChris
Morocco take the lead going into injury time which could mean elimination for South Africa. Morocco have been the better side and deserve their lead. 4-1 Ivory Coast against Namibia in the other game.
CaspianChris
Just now, Melanius Mullarkey said: Bye bye Bafana Bafana. They have been poor all game and ultimately can have no complaints about going out.
Brummie Clyde
This game has been all Kenya so far
Brummie Clyde
Since I've said that it has been all Senegal and Mane has just had a penalty saved. Kenyan Keeper has made 3 good saves.
CaspianChris
That penalty was absolutely dreadful from Senegal and no surprise that it was an easy save in the end. However if Senegal keep dominating then goals will surely come.
CaspianChris
A goalless first half however Senegal have been the more dominant and should be at least 2 or 3 ahead.

CaspianChris
There is the points wrapped up with that second now, it is hard to see anyway back for Kenya now.
CaspianChris
Things have just got worse for Kenya as they concede a second penalty and gave the offender sent off. Mane with a well struck penalty to put Senegal 3 up.

CaspianChris
Cameroon have looked decent in the opening 22 minutes and have had few good chances and should be one up.
CaspianChris
Mauritania have looked good against Tunisia in the opening 24 minutes and deserve to be in front. I am disappointed in Tunisia so far.
lichtie23
Chris I’m glad you seem to be enjoying this tournament but let’s be honest it’s been utterly fucking dreadful

The kickoff times are more sensible than the Gold Cup as well. There is the interest in seeing those African teams that don't qualify for World Cups.
CaspianChris
The ref in this Tunisia game is being extremely lenient in his decision making and especially his use of cards. It seems a general theme of the tournament is that the refs have been lenient.
CaspianChris
Benin take the lead against Morocco in the last 16 tie, can a shock be coming with Benin reaching the quarter finals or can Morocco turn this tie around.
