Talbot supporter
Waite will be a good signing for somebody, a lot of potential. Sound player on the ball and good passing

glensmad
Not a complaint, just an observation. [emoji56]From the start of September through to the middle of November, Glencairn have two home games and seven away games. Just seems a bit odd. We'll deal with it though. Black Pennel
Are you talking about league games ?...Later in the season you"ll probably have seven home games & two away games. At the end of the season you might find that you've had exactly the same number of home and away matches in the league as every other team. Just an observation. You"ll deal with it.

I noticed Glenafton have something similar, 7 home 2 away in similar period. Not the cleverest move. Don't see why league fixtures are not alternate weeks about home and away with the very odd 2 in a row.
glensmad
Tomorrow's opening fixtures :- Auchinleck Talbot v Glenafton Athletic Benburb v Kirkintilloch Rob Roy Clydebank v Kilwinning Rangers Cumnock Juniors v Rossvale Hurlford United v Troon Irvine Meadow XI v Largs Thistle Pollok v Beith Juniors Rutherglen Glencairn v Kilbirnie Ladeside Your thoughts ?
Juniorfootball123
Auchinleck Talbot 2-0 Glenafton Athletic - Repeat of the league cup outcome, Talbot to be too strong and to keep a clean sheet. Benburb 2-1 Kirkintilloch Rob Roy - Rob Roy to face first real test and Benburb still on a high from last season. Clydebank 2-1 Kilwinning Rangers Cumnock Juniors 3-1 Rossvale - Rossvale not looked great albeit in friendlies and league cup, Cumnock seem to be free scoring at the moment Hurlford United 2-0 Troon - Irvine Meadow XI 1-1 Largs Thistle Pollok 3-0 Beith Juniors - Pollok scoring for fun, strong line up expected and a positive start as I think they will run Talbot very close this season. Rutherglen Glencairn 2-2 Kilbirnie Ladeside - Cant read into the friendly result between the teams, close game. Just my predictions of course, will probably end up nothing like this!

.Stuart.
Interesting that a lot of folk are predicting us to beat Largs. Think it will be a much closer game. Apart from the 7-0 shagging last season, our games have always been very close.
