Clach also have a knot of 15-20 fans who go to away games. They were very vocal in the aforementioned game with the Vale  last season, particularly when their giant lump of a Polish centre forward, a cross between Dolph Lundgren and one of the less successful Frankenstein prototypes, got himself sent off.

He looked like a lad that could barely run but would happily throw you through a window if you caused trouble in a pub.

Yep some size of a guy. I think he's away back to Poland now

Pretty sure when he played for us he was commuting down from Wick and never missed training. Never saw him as a dirty player, seemed more like a gentle giant. I'd shit myself going for a 50/50 ball with him though.

Lukasz Geruzel, playing for Golspie v Elgin tonight in the North Cup.

Fraserburgh reliably get 500 or so for home games, more than that for derbies or games v league leaders. Buckie would be about the same and get more when they are doing really well. Wick also have a very loyal support.

Inverurie I'd guess average attendance 250-300 depending on opposition, Formartine rarely break the 200 mark, normally 100-150.

The smaller teams get anything between about 30 (Fort William, Keith) to around the 120 mark. Last HL game I went to last season was Deveronvale v Clach, there were about 130 or so there.

Does anyone know how attendances at Banks O'Dee compare with those in the Highland League ?

Also, I am told that Thurso and Orkney  (NCL) are well supported.  No statistics available to me to confirm this though.

IME Banks O'Dee is family and a few friends for the run of the mill legaue game: between 20-50. Noteworthy crowds only come out for the Scottish cup.

I'd agree. BoD are one of the better supported clubs as well. Most North Superleague clubs will struggle to get more than a couple of dozen.
