I have been to games over the years and I have never seen anyone get asked for ID near or at the ground, not yet anyway. Sometimes you need to just show a ticket to get into the fan area around the ground, but they don't check anything re your ID. If you are paralytic, then they will check. For more recent tournaments you had to give your address and passport number just to apply. So anyone thinking of using the UEFA portal, make sure you have a valid passport.

If someone's prepared to gamble I'd be looking for Bilbao and Budapest for R16 as well as Hampden. Both are possible and they should be easy to sell on through UEFA's resale hub. Yeah. I would agree. It seems that Scottish and English fans are the most determined to go to games. Other nations seem far less interested. Wouldn't be surprised if there are loads of tickets back up for grabs for the games in other countries when the portal re opens.
Quentin Taranbino
I have some loyalty points in my members account, how long do they last before they drop off? Is it a year they last? Is it 1 point for home and 2 for away games?

There's also a couple of extra points, 1 for renewing before a certain date and 1 for being a member for the last 3 campaigns before this one which won't drop off until you don't renew. It is 1 point per home game and 2 per away game. Last 10 home games are Costa Rica, Belgium, Albania, Portugal, Israel, Cyprus, Russia, Belgium, San Marino, Kazakhstan. Last 10 away games are Hungary, Peru, Mexico, Israel, Albania, Kazakhstan, San Marino, Belgium, Russia, Cyprus. Got 3 home from the above games and the renewal point, but my account only says I’ve got 2. Will need to get in touch with them.

You should get an email with the date and another when the portal opens. Worth keeping a keen eye on social media because not everyone gets the emails at the same time, and you have to jump right on it when it opens, usually early afternoon, otherwise you get stuck in a queue and the tickets can be gone by the time you get to the offers.
TheHonestMan85
Even if I’ve to pay well over the odds I’m going to go all out to try and get a ticket for at least the 2 home games. Time will tell but the demand will surely be off the scale as the hype train rolls closer towards June.

I have been to all the home qualifiers (7) and renewed on time and should have additional point for last three campaings - that should amount to 9 points yet my account states 5 points Unless of course it is from last 10 games so 5 points could be correct. You listed 20 games so assume you think its from last ten home games and last ten away games.
LoonsYouthTeam
My mates and I applied for tickets for all Hampden games in the ballot and got nothing. One of us ended up getting 4 for a game at Wembley but unfortunately it's England v Croatia, still looking forward to that. We've changed our original flight home so we can watch the Scotland game when down there. I'm booked up to be in London a few days after for our game against them so hoping I can secure a ticket somehow, if not I'm sure there'll be a giant party anyway.

Max someone could be on is 32 points - The renewal point, the 3 campaigns point, 10 points from the last 10 home games and 20 points from the last 10 away games. If you email the SSC they normally get back fairly quickly and sort it. Mine was a point out back at a renewal time and they fixed it in a couple of days.

This. If I was a TA superfan with all the points I'd still have applied for tickets direct with UEFA last year, never mind how many tickets I'd bought through the SFA for games I didn't go to, to keep my points up for the big games. Just in case.

That would scupper loads of folks' chances of tickets surely? Shite requirement in general. UEFA are a horrible greedy capitalist bag of shite. FIFA too. I bought 3 tickets and if there is a name on them it’ll be my name on all of them. I did have to give my passport number on the UEFA portal.

But don't assume all 14,000 would go to SSC members. This is the entire allocation for the SFA and players and staff entitlement would have to be deducted along with anyone else the SFA feel obliged to supply. However if we were to apply that figure to the possible scenario that every second seat would be occupied then a member would still be fine for a Wembley ticket on seven points.

Im sure the Players, staff, sponsors of the SFA is not included in the fans allocation. Could be wrong but I think a qualifying side is allocated tickets from the main percentage of UEFA tickets.

King Kebab
This may be of interest to somebody!!!A friend of mine has two tickets in a corporate box for England v Scotland. He paid £300 each, but he didn't realise when he bought them that it was going to be the same day as his Covid 19 postponed wedding. If you are interested, he is looking for someone to take his place!!! It's at Glenrothes Registry Office, at 2.30pm. The bride's name is Moira, she's 5'4", about 8 stone, quite pretty, has her own income and is a really good cook!!!
