San Starko Rover
Laughing like f**k levels of whatever you want pal. In true Raith fashion, award yourself a greenie. You’re a Hearts fan who came to mock a team being relegated from a town of 8000 people because you’re salty about them voting the way you didn’t like a year ago [emoji23]

Harsh to lose your booze like that hopefully you can make up for it next time. There was a SC beer garden just behind the goals last time I was there. If I remember right, I left the SC, paid my way through the turnstile to avoid being a tight git and then jumped straight back over the fence to watch the game from the bench* (with a grand vista of Ben Nevis beyond the far goal). Someone's bound to have put a stop to that by now though? *for avoidance of doubt, I mean the beer garden bench / picnic table, not a pint with the manager & subs. drs
If the Dalhousie Bar beer garden is still open, been a while so hope it is, then HL fans are in for a right royal treat of a day out.

I'm laughing because they have a chairman who has been whining his tits off trying to stop relegation/promotion from and into league 2, which screams of hypocrisy when you consider he was in favour of medicine being taken last year.
Chris_the_rover
Ohh this is funWhat exactly counts as the central belt?Just the M8 corridor?M8 plus Falkirk & Stirling ?What about the south of fife? The top end of Ayrshire round where most it’s population live?Is it too much to take in north fife Perth and Dundee? They are only an hour from Edinburgh & Glasgow Who decides If you ever see a picture of Scotland at night the streetlighs show exactly where the central belt is though I wouldn't include ayr or kilmarnock

Jimmy Shaker
Brechin could spend years in this league and never see Fort's pitch, instead ending up playing them in Lossie repeatedly.

Banks o dee aren't in NCL this year No Banks are going into a new Grampian league, which features teams from Aberdeen,Moray and Aberdeenshire. The NCL will feature teams from the Highland area. The new Midland league will feature teams from Dundee,Angus and Perthshire. All 3 will feed into the HL. You have to be licensed to play in the HL,only 2 clubs as of now are in the 3 leagues mentioned above and that is Banks o Dee and Golspie Sutherland. As marten rightly said some of the bigger Tayside clubs might be licensed by this time next year but as it stands there is only 2. So if Banks won the Grampian league then any licensed play off with Golspie say(if Golspie win the NCL)they will then play Fort (if they finish bottom of the HL in a play off) My money would be on Banks winning promotion to the HL. Fort would be relegated to the NCL because that is the area that they are from (Highland) and that is where they would play...... TheScarf
When Fort get relegated to the NCL, which they will as BOD would absolutely body them, I don't think we'd see them back in the HL for a very long time.
Chris_the_rover
Did you go to the effort of making sure that Brechin was just inside the yellow circle? [emoji1] I see that the Beatrice, Buzzard & Clair offshore oil platforms stand out more than Brechin btw. Darn energy saving lightbulbs.Haha fat fingers dunfermline is furthest north for me

Eta: that said, the water for Glencadam gets piped down from a loch just beyond the Angus glens (30 miles away), so it's 'highland' water to produce a highland style. More about taste style rather than geography of course, but fun fact for the day if nothing else. Glengoyne call themselves Highland too and they're 15 minutes out of Milngavie. This thread is weird...
