Why do we only play for the first half. Our second half performances have been poor.Mr Kirk must give some shite team talk at half time. Also squad starting to look a little on the light side ,a few more injuries today and Seth getting sent off ,get your act together and get more players in our we will not be top of the league long.

Hard to say, TBH. The only person of influence on the park in the second half was the referee.

Missed opportunity to boost the goal difference imho! Mc:Donald showed what he can bring to the team in the first half so why take the risk with an unknown player and compound that by shifting Northcott wide when he had a decent first half in behind the strikers?

Brechin’s second half shift was fascinatingly idle. Buckie and the Broch merrily kept the hammer down for the full ninety but Brechin pointedly refused to work for a living after the interval. The lead was never in danger but last seasons top two both went to town on Lossie in their second halves while Brechin looked like they were joining in on the strike movement affecting the country.

Looks from the outside that Brechin are being quite savvy this season and preference is winning their key head to heads against Brora/Broch/Buckie over chalking up GD and going postal against the diddies. So far so good - wouldn't mind drawing them in a cup if possible to see where they are at level-wise.

Is there a traditional rivalry there or have you not been in the same league for long enough for one to develop?

Brechin and Forfar are derbies rather than rivalries IMO, I don't recall any segregation whenever we've played them in the last 20 odd years. I quite enjoy going to the hedge when the chance arrives. Those dirty b*****ds down the A92 is where the partisan acrimony lies.

Why the f -ck have we not brought in any more players or loaness in this transfer window.Squad is a bit light when we get a few injuries.

There is no transfer window in the Highland League - players can be signed at any time so no need to panic!
