I’m sure some people may know, but for those who don’t there is a new Fantasy football Scotland app, I will leave the link to the app on Apple devices below, on Android just type in Fantasy football Scotland and it should pop up

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/fantasy-football-scotland/id1469063365

I have created a league for all Pie and Bovril users if anyone wants to join, we already have around 30 people in the league just from the initial thread so hopefully we can get more, the code to join the league is

PRANJXBW

Hopefully we can get a good amount of people in :)

Not the best performance tonight dont think shagger is suited to playing up top on his own thought mcminn and McLaughlin were our better players tonight.Hope the knock that McCord took ain't to serious

It was something I noted a couple of games back.

Shagger will get  some goals purely down to his work rate - but can he keep that going for the whole season? And yes he does need someone up beside him, but who?

And are there another couple of signings to come? Only 4 on the bench.

Midfield for me but we have also leaked a lot of goals.

There will come a point where 'the new team' excuse will not rub.

This Sat will be a good indicator before the league gets started.

What's gone wrong at Glebe Park? A poor shadow of a side at McDiarmid last night. Did the club not build up some decent cash reserves from the season in the Championship?

That bottom spot must be a slight concern? And that would be a real shame to see.

I really hope for Brechin’s sake they aren’t relying too much on McManus. He’s been done for a while now.

At least we've now signed the guy who scored the goal against Dundee in the friendly though :thumsup2

Going into the season with Shagger McManus as your main striker.

What a time to be alive.

Who on earth is that?

His Facebook page (not his personal account) consists of a video showing him producing an assist for Llanelli Town and a photo of him covered in mud.

This could be the masterstroke signing we need.

The club are pleased to confirm the signing of French striker Emile Ngoy.

The frontman, who stands at 6 foot 3, has been training with the club throughout pre-season and netted against Dundee in the friendly at Glebe Park.

Despite only being 22 years of age, he is well travelled having had stints in Portugal and Italy and most recently played for Llanelli Town who were relegated from the Welsh Premier League last season.

Manager Barry Smith said, "Emile did well for us in pre-season. He's a tall striker with good pace and he's shown in training he's got a real eye for goal.”

Ross Sinclair goalkeeper signs from st johnstone bit of a weird one if you ask me ?

That's a fantastic signing btw. He's an absolutely excellent 'keeper, and someone I'd been hoping we'd be after this summer. Seems like we've killed off the St JohnSons partnership though 😭
