Been one of our top players for a few years now and also was the club captain. Never hidden his intention to go back to full time football and every season has had offers but not quite the right one for him. Has turned down a few, Dunfermline was one and more recently Ayr.

No reason why he couldn't play at Championship level and should be even better with full time training.

He's number 8 in this game from 2019.

Cheers what type of midfielder is he? Attacking Box to box or defensive midfielder?

Wonder if Jim will try & get son in law Ryan Dow back with him? as he is released from Dunfermline

Saw that list of released players and thought I recognised the name.  Did OK for us in the time that he was here.

Ryan Dow was a bit of a talisman for us then got badly crocked. Wasn’t really the same player after that but I thought Hughes and Grant asked too much of him. Sure a decent coach could find the right role for him and he’d be a very decent addition.

Some robust challenges there by Peterhead.

Referee absolutely lost it that day.  Sure that diving little b*****d Falkingham was playing that day.

Even watching it back, I am not convinced that any of them were straight reds.  Hope your team have hardened up a little, bunch of wimps back then.

Have just got over that carry on lately, as mentioned the reason we ended up with 8 men was Fakenhams antics and a very poor ref, Was too quick with the red for Redman when a yellow would have done then Fakenham knew he could play the ref, Nobles spectacular sliding tackle won the ball only for the wee twat to appear as if he had been shot. Then during the kerfuffle around it Buchanan came over and stood on Jordan Browns foot and when pushed off made a big carry on over it, glad he went down with Dumbarton last year. Into the second half far worse tackles went in but the ref had run out of options to send off as he would have had to abandon the game if we lost anybody else went

Genuinely not sure if you're serious.

Looks like, as expected, Savoury is away.

Looked a classy player. I wonder if he'll stay in L1 with perhaps a FT club or step up to the Championship?

Peterhead team of next season will be almost unrecognisable to the season just finished. McInally does well attracting players so no reason why he can't do it again. Hard to replace the seniority of Brown and Ferry granted.

Add on Allan Cook, Brett Long, Derek Lyle, Gary Fraser, Niah Payne, Rico Quintongo & Ryan Conroy. That's a lot of experience leaving.

Out of 16 out of contract players plus 5 loans, so far we have kept McCarthy, McDonald & Jordon Brown. Not counting Grant Savoury or Russel McLean.

Savoury, allegedly was speaking to Airdrie along with Scott Brown. Could he go there or follow Brown to Raith although they seem to have plenty of players now?

Biggest loss this season could arguably be Si Ferry and Lyle. Maybe not giving too much on the park but there seemed to be a good group of guys from central belt who were very close and enjoyed the bus trips up. Now that’s gone it feels like it’s maybe took the soul out of the place a wee bit. Big rebuild required

What position does Grant Savoury play? Just been sent a message of a rumour that he could be heading to us. Just a rumour mind, nothing ITK.

Don’t want to be disrespectful to QoS but Grant Savoury is championship class at the very least possibly even premiership, I would be surprised if he stays in league 1.
