Sporle seems like a massive weak link for United. Shankland is good for a goal, but cannot hold the ball up at all to bring United's fast midfielders into play.

Good going forward, weaker defensively. In the league I reckon he’ll be fine cause we’ll be on the front foot almost very game.

Is there something else regarding the new goal kick rule  that I’m not aware of?

In theory, after half-time, could Utd’s keeper at a goal kick just pass a soft pass to a teammate in the box who doesn’t touch it, and the ball doesn’t leave the box so Hearts’ players can’t touch it, and Utd just stand there for the rest of the match and take the win??

Pretty sure the new law means that opposition players can come into the box to take the ball once the goal kick's been taken.
