Curran has scored the same amount of goals as Shankland in less minutes this season.

Let that sink in.

So again your saying our striker scored against a higher calibre team where as your striker scored against a lower calibre team.

I'm struggling to see how that's a point worth making.

Thank you

How is free scoring goal machine high rise heid Shanks getting on?

Must of scored a bucket load against a lower calibre team tonight?

No?

Still less goals per minute than Curran this season?

Refreshingly half decent in the second half so far.

Take it back, decent for ten mins then back to being shite.

Cammy Smith got his long away chance in the 10 position and did f**k all.

Wonder what it will be like when we actually lose a game...

Similarly brutal I reckon.

Looked our most dangerous player. Appere worked hard and Shankland was a bit unlucky with his two chances. Apart from that...

He was probably one of our better players, less to do with him playing well and more others playing really poorly.

Shankland and Appere both better as was Butcher and probably McMullan and Siegrist.

He did beat his man on a few occasions but suffered from the same inability as McMullan to actually do anything with it.

As I said, next to no one played well bar probably the two strikers.

To give Chalmers the man of the match is criminal though, he genuinely did f**k all in the entire match bar trying to flick the ball through his opponents legs and failing pretty much every time. If he looks that poor against Stenhousemuir then he’ll be completely out of his depth in the championship.

A few folk suggested that, based on performances so far, they would have liked to have seen Banks starting tonight.  Given that performance maybe they were right.

But let’s put that into context.

Neilson was allowed to bring in 11 players at the mid season transfer window.  He’s been given pretty much carte blanch this summer.  Yet it might be one our best wide attacking players is a lad not even listed in the reserve squad.

Bouhenna away?

Apparently so.

After watching how uncomfortable both Connolly and Reynolds were in possession tonight, I really hope we are bringing in a centre half who can bring a ball down and play a pass
