2019/20 Challenge Cup

Recommended Posts

Very belatedly from last week - Livingston 'B' v Formartine crowd was 120.

Tonight's attendances:

551     Peterhead v Formartine
531     Montrose v Forfar
524     Stranraer v Rangers 'B'

419     East Fife v Stirling Albion

372     Clyde v Motherwell 'B'
326     Hearts 'B' v Cowdenbeath
323     Hamilton 'B' v Airdrie
307     Annan v Kelty
300     Brora v Cove

279     Dumbarton v St Mirren 'B'
264     Ross County 'B' v Raith
217     Brechin v Elgin

178     Stenhousemuir v Edinburgh City

tbc     Falkirk v Celtic 'B'

How does R3 draw work - will Hearts 'B', Rangers 'B' and St Mirren 'B' be kept apart?

Jim McInally demonstrating how impossible it is for wee, plucky teams like Peterhead to do well in the cup since foreign and Colt teams were introduced by, err, floundering at home to a Highland League club two levels beneath them and getting papped out on penalties.

Never change, you useless fraud of a manager.

Hearts, St Mirren and Rangers Colts all through to the next round. Shame on Cowdenbeath, Dumbarton and Stranraer.

Good night for Kelty who won on penalties away at Annan.

Get a grip how old are you ten?

Good results for Kelty and Formartine  last men standing from the nonl leaguers.

Thats a howling result for Dumbarton. At least looking through the likes of the Hearts and Celtic teams theres a lot of players who have featured regularly at a decent level. St. Mirren just looks like a proper weans team. Surely the nail on Duffy's managerial career is due.

GK Lyness and first-game-back-from-dislocated-shoulder Kellermann were the two overage players.

Amusing to see wee angry man Cox managing to get himself sent off against a bunch of boys though.

If that floats your boat watch and not knock the head off it too hard tonight wouldn't want you to do yourself an injury.

No real surprise tbh.

Just teasing Cowden. Cox is a good player but had to have a wee dig after his GIRUY gesture last season at Central Park. ATB for the season ahead.

Are Annan counting the folk in the Galabank social club watching the Celtic game on TV?!

You're getting as easily wound up as Cox.
