A Rangers top from the 90s with "for the jersey they would do or die" written underneath.
Looks like they chose die in the end.

[emoji23] Amateurs.

"Right bearz, we're doing one of the jersey - what shall we do as the background?"

"Blue"

"The same colour as the jersey?"

"Aye!"

"Let's go!!"

Not the worst start from Alfie, albeit against horrendous opposition, with 4 goals from 2 games.

Was a bit of a procession, really, and 10 on the night wouldn't have flattered us.

Docherty was terrific, though, and Stewart showed lots of good movement and was unlucky to have Defoe get in the way of his goal-bound shot.

Well done Rangers on a fine and emphatic win, at the same time as Kilmarnock were embarrassing themselves and Scottish football, the Bears got the job done in style.

I see Jake Hastie started, how did he play?

6/10.  Lots of effort but probably trying too hard.  Got glowered at by Alfie for missing what was close to a sitter after Morelos skinned the St Joe's defence to set him up.  This was shortly after he should have played Morelos in for a tap-in but took a shot instead.

Enthusiastic but raw.

Tenco reserve's do the business and stroll into the next round.

The squad looking a lot stronger than last season's, hopefully we can play on two fronts without dropping points domestically.

A short loan spell for Hastie?

That Stewart goal was going top bin 100% but an offside Defoe got in the way! Some really nice touches from Stewart too especially for that 6th goal.

I'd say definitely not at the moment. Still a young player.

I'd like it if Hastie went out on loan and Kent came in on loan to impact the first team.
