I'd imagine anyone from Naples with a flight ticket and hotel booking will still travel to Glasgow rather than just chuck the money away. It's surely better (and easier to police) to have them travel to Ibrox for the game than have them spread all over Glasgow? Unless the hope is that by pushing the game back 24 hours they will have gone home again by the time the game kicks off. Similarly, do they expect Rangers fans who have booked trips to Naples to just not go? That seems unlikely. Sounds like the police can't be arsed. Anyone with a flight/hotel booking can either watch their money disappear, or go anyway. Can probably have a riot on Tueaday night if they fancy it as there won't be any police around by the sounds of it.
