Clyde FC; Season 2022-23

Recommended Posts

Haven't listened to it only going on what I was told last week, he was fine for everything else apart from booting a ball and was waiting to see a specialist.
at his age although very fit he is going to find it hard to get back anytime soon , that and he has to look after his own health and his coaching job at hearts Hopefully he gets back playing for us

Haa a club ever re-employed not one, but TWO of their previously sacked managers, concurrently before?

One for dipping the till (among other inanimate objects, i heard)  and the other for not securing the Mankynecks place in the Prem. What a bizarre bunch.

Lennon doesn't ever shirk from discussing his time among them if it's relevant (fair enough) to his pre-match Sinatra show, but surely enough memories and history have been crammed into his two years here for them to get put to bed. That, and plus the fact he clearly now can see just how he is truly viewed among Glasgow's 'numero uno' self-proclaimed "inclusive, non-religious/sectarian/political"* club.

On this basis, i do hope he begins shutting up about them. That's my single only problem with anything he says or does.

*Club sings of the Pope and Her Majesty, has an ageing leftist terror-loving cell and promotes the suffering of confused youth on its strip for a few Facebook likes. Toxic to the core.

Interesting that you have Partick fans on this thread demanding Danny Lennon and on our thread demanding Ian McCall.

Looking forwards to meltdown when Kenny Miller is being announced.

Oh. Congrats on tying up Lennon though....candle lit vigil time in Ayrshire.

Mixed feelings for ayr fans? Seen some call him a judas and others accepting he was going to move on. It seems seems silly to me why you would go from a team at the top to the quagmire that is Thistle at the moment.

I'm a little concerned at the levels of empathy being shown towards That Mob. We firstly should be glad McCall and as importantly Ayr settled out the package early, i've no doubt the exact same discussions over it took place between Lennon and Dishon to come to the fantastic resolution they did. Of course, this may have been done in advance of the match, making any Thistle bid futile. But why would we want them next year? We're more likely to go up than they will stay up right now. Sod hanging around for them!

There's clearly a reason Mr Hankey chose to go back up the Feathered Staircase once more, Ayr are well rid imo.
