the_bully_wee
I actually heard from a mutual friend I have with Mario Gotze that Mats Hummels is actually coming in on-loan until January, to get regular game time after being in and out of the Bayern team last year. Maybe we're after both.

TheBigGuy
Sadly not a suprise regarding Tom Lang. Probably the injury at Peterhead prolonged his stay, as he was doing well before then as well. Top player and always acquitted himself exquisitely off the pitch. Will take the step up to Dunfermline in his stride. As for Clyde FC hopefully Rankin and DGW are back asap. Looking forward to seeing Johnston and where Darren Smith will fit in
Clyde soccer trendy
Bit disappointed in Lang leaving considering he was out for a while injured.Thought he would have shown a bit of loyalty and stayed for another season. He would have became an even better player progressing under Lennon and perhaps have ended up at a bigger club than Dunfermline.

haufdaft
Was on the phone to a mate who's pals with Eamon Brophy this evening, Kirk Broadfoot is to join us on a season long loan. Exciting loan signing, from an esteemed full-time club. [emoji23]
Clyde_1977
A forty game season for Lang would have helped his development and in the long term his career so like most i think another year at Clyde would have worked for both. Hope Dunfermline haven't just signed him to make up the numbers.
Sao Paulo
While not quite as 'marquee' a signing, Mats Hummels would be even better for us than Broadfoot. Well done Danny.

nickCFC58
Lang was right to make the move just now. Never know when ur going to get a move to FT football again. I honestly reckon he’ll be playing in the SPL in the next 3 years

SLClyde
The Broadfoot post is up there with the most unbelievable I’ve seen on here.

Lang senior told me that Tom was playing so well because DL played him at CB, his natural position. I suspect that Warburton, who signed Lang for Sevco, might take him to QPR if he continues to progress with DAFC.
