Some of the bobbles, slips and stumbles made the game a bit of a lottery. Both sides struggled to pass the ball on the deck and the aerial battle was always going to favour the bigger Bonnyrigg team. We didn't get any breaks of the ball tonight, everything seemed to drop to a Bonnyrigg player. 8MileBU Posted January 28, 2020 Share Posted January 28, 2020 Came away from that feeling surprisingly positive. Felt 3-0 maybe flattered Bonnyrigg a little. Despite Bonnyrigg being the better team overall, I thought it was more down to physicality than ability. The Bo’ness side Max put out tonight gave them a good game of it for the most part and we might’ve nicked a goal or two but for some good goalkeeping by the big Bonnyrigg keeper. Nearly pissed myself laughing when what can only be described as a wee round angry blob of a Bonnyrigg fan roared “That’s why your side are still playing East of Scotland!! Your club are rotten to the core!!!” at Devon Jacobs for kicking a spare ball back over to the dugout. So blinded by anger and blubber, he failed to see the match ball had been quickly retrieved and handed to the Bonnyrigg left back about 10 yards from him! C’mon The Rose The big boy Kieron certainly likes to moan eh lol ! if he took that out his game he would be a much better player, because he actually stops playing to moan.
