Deanburn Dave
Murphy, Stevenson, Hunter, Hewitt and Campbell. Gemmell Grant Morgan and Nimmo. Up front Keast and McKenzie. No Sime, Snowdon or Jacobs probably explains why Ryan Stevenson played last week at right back v Oakley. #GoodManager

Deanburn Dave
Tight game and we rarely got through to trouble the Jeanfield keeper but it was tough for both teams. Some nice midfield passing by Jeanfield but not much class up front.
Deanburn Dave
MOTM on supporters bus was Terry Hewitt. Campbell and Hunter were 2nd and 3rd with Stevenson just behind. When the whole back 4 dominate the MOTM votes you get an idea where a lot of the game was played.

Jambo'ness
Was always going to be tough game. Coming away with a win is a huge result. Not many will pick up full points there. It was, it has to be said, a performance that shows we are real contenders this season. A boss that is tactically aware eg Stevenson and is always contributing constructive comments from the sidelines. As sid earlier, Hewitt was "immense". Campbell & Hunter solid and a big shout out for Ryan Stevenson. Some fans get on his back but for god's sake! He is playing for the team he loves and is putting in 100% every week. His improvement at full-back was markedly obvious from last week, though it will be good to get him forward again when Dev's back.
Deanburn Dave
Max deserves a lot of credit but for me Gemmell organising the team on the pitch deserves a lot of the praise as well.
Legless
Someone should contact the mods and change this to the Ryan Stevenson thread.

Not sure if your comment is humorous or you are just another hater. Ryan has been mentioned because he seems to split the fans' opinions, a bit like Dougie used to and, no doubt, plenty before him. Giving the lad a bit of support, that he may or may not see is no bad thing. He Plays for Bo'ness United and that is what this thread is about. Deanburn Dave
Let's change the subject away from Ryan. Tom Grant ....... should he be doing more ? In wee flashes he looks a player but he really needs to get stuck in and break sweat to get himself up and down the pitch.

Looks to be a little short of confidence as he has been wanting to pass when in great positions to shoot. I get the feeling that one goal will make all the difference.

There’s no doubt he has ability and maybe it is a confidence thing but I am sure Max will bring it out. As you say he has wee flashes we just need to see more.
