TheGoon
Matt Hardy driving that golf cart in the main event was tremendous.
cb_diamond
AEW are so far ahead of WWE in terms of show quality it's not even funny. Sammy G is such a breakout star as well.
DA Baracus
I think we can all agree that Sammy getting ran over is the bump of the year and won't be beaten.
FifeArab
Really looking forward to this weeks show. Tbf I always look forward to it.I always look forward to every Sunday wwe PPV (purely because of nostalgia) but I can honestly count in 2 hands how many times I’ve looked forward to raw/smackdown.

Ludo*1
It's absolutely mental that wrestling viewership has dropped significantly the way it has done over the years. AEW is averaging around 800,000-900,000 per week and considered to be doing very well and that was before this pandemic. TNA were doing pretty much double that 10 year ago and were being laughed at. WWE are currently posting TNA numbers for Raw, As much as this (Again, before the pandemic) has been painted as a new golden era for wrestling due to WWE having legitimate competition there seems to have been a sizeable drop off.

The figures are for those watching live. Plenty of folk watch on catch up or via an app as well. But aye, folk watching, in whatever format, is well down, and was before the pandemic. I think a lot of it is down to how shite and tedious following WWE is, as they are the industry leader and a lot of folk apparently adjust their viewing habits of any wrestling show depending on how WWE is doing.

Sherrif John Bunnell
I know that the wrestling industry is full of very unpleasant people, but AEW should be taking nothing to do with Tyson.

He’s a draw, especially at the minute.
cb_diamond
Yeah hes nore relevant than he's been in years due to all the comeback chat.
TheGoon
AEW are still charging full price for DON on Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a decent card and I don’t doubt I’ll enjoy it, but $50 in the US for empty arena wrestling feels a bit too much.

Ludo*1
Really like what AEW are doing with Arn Anderson & Jake the Snake. Keeping them relevant, using their strengths (Which is massively lacking in a lot of a modern stars) and whilst teasing they'll fight it out for the audience pop - not following through with it WWE style to ruin their legacies.
TheGoon
Full card for tonight. Britt Baker & Ray Fenix missing out through injury after nasty spots on Dynamite. AEW World Championship: Jon Moxley (c) vs. Brodie Lee AEW TNT Championship: Cody vs. Lance Archer (w/ Mike Tyson at ringside) AEW Women's Championship: Nyla Rose (c) vs. Hikaru Shida (No DQ, no countout) Matt Hardy & The Elite vs. The Inner Circle (Stadium Stampede) Casino Ladder Match (AEW world championship shot): Darby Allin vs. Colt Cabana vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Joey Janela vs. Scorpio Sky vs. Kip Sabian vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Luchasaurus vs. mystery competitor MJF vs. Jungle Boy Penelope Ford vs. Kris Statlander Dustin Rhodes vs. Shawn Spears Private Party vs. Best Friends (The Buy-In pre-show) It’s a solid card. I’m not a big fan of the Moxley/Lee programme, but the TNT title match with Tyson, Stadium Stampede and the ladder match defo have my attention. Can see one of Ryder or Gulak being the mystery guy.
