Given they’ve just signed Miranda and fucked off Ramires (finally), I’d expect them to move on one of their other foreigners. Alex Teixeira will stay so it’s likely to be one of the honking Éder or Gabriel Paletta. One thing I can guarantee is that going to Jiangsu will not end well. Probably the worst Chinese side he could find himself at. It would be hard for any player, even Bale, to turn down £1 million a week from any club. Is there a transfer fee too? Surely not with those wages. How can the Chinese even afford him? Unless Real are contributing to his wages. Can Zidane be that desperate to punt him? Truly bizarre.

Truly bizarre. It’s looking unlikely to be 1 million a week. The media over here overstate everything to do with China. The transfer fee probably won’t be much because Real are so desperate to offload him.
Derry Alli
The fee will be minimal due to the batshit mental 100% tax on anything over $7m. -

Sky reckon they're willing to sell him to China for nothing, as it saves them £75m in wages, whilst every European team is either a rival/unwilling to match his Madrid wage.
Sir Tarmo Kink
I mean, that 100% tax thing is rarely applied nowadays. It seems to be another one of the CFA’s mysterious rules where they only apply it when they want to.

When pulled up why he has Andy Robertson as his avatar considering he was signed from Hull, his reply was "Everyone knew about him though, he'd been in England for years for Hull and Queens Park Rangers". Sir Tarmo Kink
Gareth Bale’s move to China is off. I doubt it was ever on, tbh. Just an easy story for the media.

Bishop Briggs
Wolves sign Patrick Cutrone from Milan for £16 million. Brighton close to signing Adam Webster from Bristol City for a club record £20 million. The fee looks OTT to me. Nicholas Pepe is having his Arsenal medical before a £72 million move. ETA - Jurgen Klopp has punted Ben Woodburn out on loan to Oxford United. League One is a big step down for a Welsh international. bob_mcshug
Think Cutrone is a really good bit of business at that price (given the current market). He gives wolves a slightly different attacking option to what they have already and is a significant upgrade on helder Costa and cavaleiro.
Derry Alli
Woodburn was getting rave reviews this time last year. That's a kick in the baws for him. -

Poor loan spell at Sheffield United last season and he’s been overtaken in pre-season by the likes of Rhian Brewster and Bobby Duncan. Last chance saloon for him at Liverpool if that.
Sir Tarmo Kink
Tbh I always thought Woodburn was pretty overrated due to that goal for Wales.
