Conditions: Needs to be as high spec as possible - I'll be using it for editing videos for work so want to have something that won't be slow in doing that. I have a budget of £1000 - but would prefer to pay it up in instalments. If possible, I'd like it to be surface pro, but that's not a necessity due to the budget.
