Many congratulations to the Ben's on their promotion. Well done to the players and management. I seen them win against a good Arthurlie team at start of the season and thought they would do well. It has been a long journey back to the top league for Benburb. In 2003 their survival was in doubt and they tumbled down the league's. Good decision making by the committee then enabled them to survive. They deserve enormous credit for sticking with it and are now reaping some success. Many congratulations of course to Rutherglen Glencairn.

Well done.

The bens now are a long way from old Tinto where it was falling to pieces and you wondered if they’d ever come back.

Mightily unlucky not to win the league but back in the big time; well done to all.

Yes, we made a point of acknowledging and congratulating Benburb over the weekend on their league performance this season, as Benburb were worthy of being champions. Had they pipped us for it on Saturday we would have had no complaints.

Unfortunately only one team can lift the trophy, and we edged it on goal difference, but any other season 73 points, 102 goals and only only losing to two teams would have seen you champions, probably by quite a distance as well.

You guys can hold your heads high.

Well chuffed for the Bens.  Hard work on and off the pitch has paid off big time.
