Easily by a  long long way ,,,,,,heard at least half the teams in Lowland barely have 40 fans at home and less away

so for money coming in especially wi all the local games u better get more bar staff in even i will be attending a few

Apart from  Kelty, East Kilbride  ,East Stirlinshire  and now Bonnyrigg the crowds are very poor in the Lowland League

Apparently going by the figures posted on another thread at least 5 teams barely have 30 at home games and take little and in some cases no away fans to matches

just a fact not a judgement call on their status in the league as that is based on what they do on the park but from a commercial point of view Whitehill will reap the dividends on the EOS Premier Dvision and hopefully also make strides on the pitch as they kept their best  couple of players and made some shrewd signings

As said exciting times indeed  for all the teams and fans  in this League

Load of *****

Lowland League

384 Kelty

215 East Kilbride

188 Spartans

183 East Stirlingshire

137 Gala

120 Dalbeattie

108 Cumbernauld

107 Whitehill

87 Gretna

83 Civil Service

80 BSCG

77 Edinburgh Uni

77 Vale of Leithen

74 Uni of Stirling

50 Edusport

45 Selkirk

Sorry i missed Spartans,

Think the point being made was the core home fans as those figures include all those attending , therefore is not a true reflection of that individuals teams average home support

Regardless of that 7 teams are less than 100 average

I predict all teams in the EOS Premier will be above 100

just my opinion

Are those numbers correct? Because Penicuik's home average last season was 221 not 95!

Edited now. Thank you. Looked at the wrong team for Penicuik. Sorry.

And Berwick as well, you've went from claiming 5 teams barely get 30 at home games to now admitting that was nonsense. Six out of the seven you mention averaging  less than 100 averaged 74-88. If you accept the two new teams in the league will have decent travelling support these clubs average will be going up purely on those  two games.

In 19/20 with Bonnryigg Rose, Kelty Hearts and Berwick Rangers in the Lowland League, the average of the top six teams in regards attendance will probably be higher in the Lowland League than in the EOS Premier. The middle range with Gala, Dalbeattie and Cumbernauld isn't too far off the mid-attendance teams in the EOS Premier. Biggest difference is probably near the bottom, where the Lowland League has some teams with low attendance, especially Eudsport. But now they are also moving to a new area and stadium. The EOS Premier teams might also see an increase, since they are in a tougher league this season, and with more away fans travelling than last season.

That looks great. Very even between the two leagues. Although Berwick Rangers will probably get fewer specators this season, the difference between the leagues is not significant. Will be interesting to see what the new averages are like in a few months.

Certainly. As you've pointed out Berwick will dip, how dramatically no one knows yet. Edusport might get a bump from their move. Bonnyrigg and Berwick will be new opponents for most so might attract extra spectators when on the road. Then everyone expects the EoS to go up across the board.

Any bragging rights will be temporary though. The Lowland League will win out eventually by being the higher tier.

Good question, a lot better than last which is why I'd selfishly have liked another shot at the LL. We'll romp it back to the LL subject to the lights of course. :P

Realistically top half and a decent Scottish run, wi a semi final/final  thrown in would do me.

Didn't realise we were now in the prelims for the Scottish Cup 🙈

That's a major blow,the Joy's of relegation and the new structure I suppose. 🙄

HFL clubs be status quo in the Scottish though, surely that's no right  ?

I would think this year would be Whitehills biggest ever season for attendances....

Just been copying the fixtures into the diary. 14 matchdays WW and Bonnyrigg both at home or both away so not ideal.

Their fixtures haven't bothered us in the past and I don't think it makes any difference to us.
