Do linlithgow have lights and what is ground capacity

Yes they have lights and capcity around 2300

Lovely wee ground. Would have liked a Scottish cup game there but Linlithgow have already beaten us this season.

Exactly what @C. MuirMuir said. Should be a good day out.

Desperately hoping that the Rovers scrape through in the replay so we can have a local derby. Mind you I have walked past Fort William's ground when starting the Great Glen way so a return to the Fort is not unpleasant. I have no idea how we would actually perform. As the draw quickly proceeded I feared we would get Elgin away although that would allow the list of grounds to be ticked off to Cove.

Weather forecast for Fort William is a bit wet from Wednesday onwards and especially on Friday/Saturday - good chance that the replay will be postponed if that is the case. Assuming like Spartans in the last round it goes to midweek w/c 28th October, so a long trip up on a Monday or Wednesday for Albion Rovers? @HibeeJibee

The Linlithgow/Falkirk game is clearly the stand out tie from a TV perspective. Might reduce the capacity a bit though due to the camera scaffolding etc.

Happy enough with our draw. Good away day and I like Stranraer, plus a very winnable tie. Was hoping for a Highland League team away (specifically Fort William!) but what we got is far better than Alloa or Morton at home.

It's essentially the East's version of last seasons Auchinleck v Ayr that was the televised tie of a round that included Sevco at Cowden and Dundee Utd at Montrose.

Precedent (and hopefully result) set.

Err no, there were four televised ties - Premier Sports went for Rangers/Celtic and the BBC were left with Auchinleck and Hearts.

Fair enough.  Still, the BBC settled for the Auchinleck v Ayr game over the Montrose v Dundee Utd one.

The available ratings for BBC Scotland's Friday Night Football so far. I was curious to see how the lower league teams compared to the Scottish Championship coverage.

98,500     Dunfermline v. Dundee 2nd August Scottish Championship

86,500     Kelty Hearts v. Auchinleck Talbot 27th September Scottish Cup R1
77,200     Inverness CT v. Greenock Morton (103,100 Dundee Utd v. Dundee was on BT Sport1) 30th August Scottish Championship

Feel viewing figures for live sport - especially football - is essentially meaningless with the amount of streaming that goes on now.

The systems in place for counting viewership, which are already hugely antiquated, have moved way beyond irrelevant. Also doesn't include people watching in pubs.

Should we just guess then?

Barb did do a revamp in the past year or so to include computers, phones and tablets. It's still flawed as I can attest to watching Kelty v Auchinleck on my PC but don't think they counted any for that.

As for pubs that's always been the case. So that's a constant.

It might be considered meaningless but it's the industry standard for counting this sort of thing and effects sponsorship and marketing potential.

Correct: if off then it's every Monday/Tuesday (with Tuesday more obvious so 2 clear days from Saturday - albeit didn't happen in Deverovale v Spartans) and Wednesday, until complete.
