Leagues now confirmed on the website:

Early predictions as follows:

Premier - St Josephs

Premier 1 - Campbeltown Pupils

Premier 2 - Strathaven Dynamo

St Joe's a good shout. If Goldenhill really are struggling then that's good news for them as nearest challenger would be Motherwell Thistle who i hear can be a bit hot and cold at times.

Campbeltown, did they not only win around 3 or 4 games in that league last season? have you heard of an improvement in them? Reckon Parkhall or Busby could push on well in P1, if they add one or two good players. Busby are a physical team and can bully folk. Personally, i don't fancy them much as a footballing side but sometimes brute strength and fitness can pull you through. I play for Carlton, and with the right additions we could also do well in it! under-performed for years but got a just reward last season in getting promoted. Will be tough season no doubt though.

P2 - don't know anything about Strathaven, we are playing them on Saturday in a friendly but so looking forward to that! Houston are a good side on their day (think they're better than they are right enough - we cuffed them twice last year after a few promises of getting pumped). Heard this new St Convals team are decent. Some good pre-season results anyway. Don't know much about their opponents right enough, it's all be word of mouth.

Strathaven are a decent young team played them in a friendly 3 weeks ago. Won 4-3 but tbh we missed a few and they look as if they are finding there feet in the Ams ranks. Beat Accies AFC week after us.

Campbeltown Pupils introduced a large amount of youngsters last year from the towns youth set up and towards the tail end with Carradale folding they brought in a few faces. Their squad looks alot stronger with a good mix of experience and youth this season.

They have had a good pre season with 3 wins and will be confident going into the season as there is some really good players within that squad.

The fact the club still try to play on grass when Kintyre parks playable says it all regards trying to play good football, even although there are now 2 AWP in the town, and they are fund raising to upgrade the changing rooms etc.

Glad to hear it! haven't played campbeltown in years. Always a good away day! think the last time we did was up at the grammar school?

Anyway, good luck to them this season!

Their home ground is below the Grammar school mate yep, great park and junior standard.

They played Eaglesham, Fort William and some Perth outfit in pre season so a good test for the squad.

It's some treck down there but the bevvy on the way home would soften the blow!!!

Good to see Goldenhill have started the season after all.

Yes and started with 8 of the starting 11 from Hampden 14/15 months ago with arguable improvements amongst the other 3.  One or 2 injuries; 2 suspended and a couple still on holiday but rumours quashed hopefully. Been a stop start pre-season granted but time to get on with it now.

Good to hear, should be a good battle with St Joes I'd imagine this season.
