Mad. Was working out how this draw would be seeded. Imagine they'd like to keep rivalries together for potential TV games so I don't see them making Dunfermline south seeds alone. Had a suspicion they could move Alloa as the south seeds and Stirling Albion over too. Trade the places with Edinburgh City so they are in the North section with Hearts. We've been on the box each year since the group stages were introduced. It would make sense.

Laid-back Accie
I'd want Dunfermline, Falkirk, Annan and Berwick. Dunfermline - know a pars fan so this would have something extra for me. Falkirk - never tire of sticking it to those crowd wankers. Berwick - hoping to get down there in case they disappear. Annan - Have absolutely nothing against them, in fact I think they're a great wee well run club. But I think it would be important to have this fixture to truly show the Canning era is over. (Yes I'm obviously aware it could backfire horribly.) Edited May 27, 2019 by Laid-back Accie

Lyle Lanley
Dunfermline in south section but Cowdenbeath in the north section Should just have a open draw if the spfl can’t get their geography right. Christophe
Hibs and Dundee United and any two from the bottom please Carol (doesn’t matter who as we’re in the position of just having played them all 4 times or just about to play them all 4 times anyway!....so we’re a stick on to get Brechin the only ones we’ll already play 8 times in the two seasons!) parxyz
Would be great if they could do North-East and South-West instead of just North and South. As earlier mentioned Alloa are much closer to the rest of the south teams compared to Dunfermline. Expecting an utter schoite draw as usual but here's hoping.

The Master
Dundee, Alloa, Brechin, Forfar, Montrose. If nothing else, it might ensure we have some less predictable pre-season games. Although getting Brechin last season didn't stop us going up there for a friendly.

That’s what Aberdeen thought in the Scottish this year, they managed eventually after we bloodied their nose! United are one of my remaining few ‘42’ so fingers crossed!
