What happens now at Berwick Rangers?

I’d stress a need to Learn how to pass it to each other in the hope that they can actually create an opportunity to have a shot first.

Forget that. It's too late now. Just get the keeper to hoof it and get half the team up front waiting on it. Shoot on site at every opportunity!

Sorry JH...you've had your chance, time for someone else to have a go now.

That's where he went wrong. Too late for good football now. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Adopt the Wimbledon style and launch it. Shoot at every opportunity. Let's have a goal fest. The players have been holding back until now. Why score one or two consolation goals in recent league defeats when you need them all in the last match? I think they have been hustling Cove and on Saturday they will show everyone how it's done. #Berwickhustlers.

Yep. It's only half time and Cove are one team that can implode. They are used to things always going their way. So, you never know. Berwick need to spend the whole week on shooting practice.

What with, rifles?

So less travelling, cheaper away days, in a league where you can actually win some matches, three new cup competitions where you can actually have a "cup run" and still have access to Scottish Cup every season and IRN BRU/Betfred cups for next season. :thumsup2

Stick your Lowland League up your arse.  I’d swap all of the above for our league status.

There might be a spot in the SPFL up for grabs next week with one very close to folding.

Its a bit of a myth to say there's much  less travelling in this seasons L2 only Peterhead and Elgin were outwith the LL area. In fact they will visit some of the same grounds just playing a different team ie Annan (if they haven't moved to Strathclyde Park), Stirling , Cumbernauld and Ainslie Park.

The blow will be softened by entry to the Betfred and Irn Bru Cups as "normal" but their SPFL payment will be down from this season £5k and imagine the gates will also fall. The other cups are just a sidline distraction imo.

Come in then Potato, still the beans. Which League 2 club is ‘very close to folding’?

It's a League 1 club apparently.

Every club in the bottom two divisions is about a fortnight away from folding.

I'd imagine Berwick will bounce back into league 2 after one season in the Lowland league. There's more of a spirit around your club as opposed to the Shire. Good luck next season!

Bump.

We're currently 13th in LL... 9pts off top half with 2 games-in-hand.

Not going very well thusfar.
