Not a bad effort from us today. Much better than last week's fiasco that's for sure. Wee Burke'll be having nightmares about that miss.

Also, great show for Big Billy, a man we can all applaud (and did). Good to see the club officially paying respect too:

Lovely gesture.

Celtic were awful again today. Killie must of left wondering how they never got something out that game.

Lennon should be no where near that job next season.

Yup. Had this discussion with a Celtic supporting friend. He was jumping to Lennon’s defence, trying to tell me (or convince himself) that he was doing a good job .... he’s not. Yes, he’ll win the league and very possibly the cup, but he shouldn’t even be considered. Celtic are very clearly going backwards with him in charge.

The lack of seethe from Killie fans at the pen they should have been awarded is perplexing. Must be spent from last weeks outpouring.

Disappointing!

Actually, Celtic have been going backwards for over a year due to lack of proper investment. Lennon is just steadying the ship just now.

Interesting to see Moyes in the stand today.

Is he hoping for the job of Celtic manager after Lenny's fired, or looking at the job of Killie manager after Stevie gets hoovered up by the EPL?

He will win the league, but we were comfortably ahead of rangers when he came in anyway.

The football under lennon the last time he was in charge was not pleasing on the eye at times.

This has continued since he came back

Celtic have to get it right in the summer, a bit of a rebuilding job will be needed at the back as well.

1968- the first time that the European cup holders were knocked out in the first round. I suppose that's a different narrative though emoji6.png

Real Madrid were knocked out by Barcelona in the 1st Round in 1960/61.
