Don't know if I'm picking it up wrong, but sounds like Gordon Strachan was McPake's idea. McPake said he's been speaking to him and asking advice from him for a number of weeks now.

Strachan has popped in to train the youths a couple of times I believe.

Robbie Neilson did manage Heart of Midlothian, correct.
