Ross.
Leonard Cohen's "Songs of Leonard Cohen" is an absolute masterpiec. "Over and Done With" by The Proclaimers is also a very good album, massively overshadowed by Sunshine on Leith, which followed it. "Showbiz" by Muse is their best album imo. "Beautiful Freak" by Eels is also a tremendously good album, which still sounds tremendously good even after 25 years. Most of the others I would have mentioned have already been quoted.
Come Away The Clyde
Both from the same year. . . . . my first taste of Disco's and alcohol, so probably my judgement a bit sentimental The Hurting - Tears For Fears Fantastic - Wham (seriously !!!) an early intro into the songwriting genius of GM)

This is the Story, 1st Proclaimers albums! That’s what I meant... Getting the album title mixed up with the song that the lyrics are used in.

G-MAN
Lo Fidelity Allstars - How to operate with a blown mind. I played it to death at the time and never, ever got bored of it. Outstanding album. The less said about the follow up, the better. No word to describe how dreadful it was.

DAFC.
Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not The Stone Roses Don't think very many British debuts can touch those three tbh. There's probably more I've forgotten about, but those are the ones that stick out for me. Can't be bothered naming ones outwith Britian as there's too many.
