That was a great goal from Motherwell. Two superb passes to release Hastie who finished it well.

Shinnie is an incredible animal when he plays like this. We haven’t created anything in the final third other than some long range half chances. Business as usual then.

We haven't been dreadful, but not particularly good either. Ultimately scored with a fluke and then were cut open too easily for the equaliser. Shinnie, as said above, has been excellent - Lampard is apparently watching on. 

As usual, we aren't creating many clear-cut openings - McLennan is a good young player, but too often picks the wrong option or isn't decisive enough (although I'm reluctantly willing to accept this as a natural part of his development). 

You almost always know at the moment that we are going to need to score more than once to win a game, unfortunately, which hasn't always been the case under McInnes.

Good hard fought win, which will take most of us completely by surprise. 

Motherwell were pretty poor. One shot on target all night, that being the goal.
