The authorities will struggle to distinguish them anyway due to the same colours. I suppose fans want to be with their friends and peers however so they might want to be segregated.

JB once in a while I see your point of view, this is one of these times.

Swell!

That would be OK if both stands held enough for each support but the one behind the goals only holds around 2500 and I'm assuming Auchinleck will bring a lot more than that. I suppose you could always split the main stand like they do when Accies play the old firm or use the gazebo which I think holds about 200
Think the wee tin hut holds 500,and the stand behind the goal 2,500 and the maim stand 3,000

I know the seats are a tad uncomfortable,but that's surely a bit harsh,larky.

Anyhoo, here's some info..admittedly (as can be seen from the photies and the stadium name) just a wee bit out of date  but still accurate re pubs, parking etc.,that may help to enhance the match day experience for the Ayrshire legions.:)

What's harsh,I never said anything derogatory towards the stadium, that's what they call the wee stand,I work in Sainsburys so I can see the full stadium from our canteen, and I know the area very well

Lighten up bud!My 'harsh' comment was a baxterism directed at your 'maim' stand typo.

In the 2010 final at Rugby Park, Largs fans outnumbered Linlithgow fans.  They will bring a decent support for this one.

Do you know the official attendance of this match, did Largs fans occupy the stand usually given to Talbot support at Rugby park.Anyone from Largs post picture of the cup final.

That's what I said - so at least one club gets to play in their traditional colours. The powers that be decided both clubs will play in their away strip.

Daft decision if that is a weans first Scottish cup final they want to remember the winning team wearing the home colours
