Deserved win for Ayr. Hope they win the play-offs. We have somehow managed enough wins to stay up I think,  but major surgery needed to get up competing for promotion next season. Some serious shite AJ has brought in. Thank f**k he is away.

Sad reality is when Mark Kerr dominates a game like that at his age it reflects on how poor Dunfermline are.

He did it with Falkirk when we had 9 men......

I wouldn't be surprised to see him still play till he is 40, unless a management/coaching role stops that

Medical staff were an absolute disgrace. As were Higgy and Vincent. We need 2 up front ffs.

Was there some reason they couldn't go over the pitch?

Not unless they thought the wheels wouldn't work on the pitch. Still no excuse sitting having a natter pitchside instead doing their job.

Don’t know why shankland came off was it an injury? Totally changed the game and hanging on at the end, up to then we were excellent

Have a feeling its more a case of erring on the side of caution with the run of games we have coming up. Would expect a fair amount of rotation, thought Forrest or Geggan would come on for the last 10/15 to give them game time. Plenty of green shoots for us tonight, the attacking line linking up nicely throughout the match.

There has to be a reason, because it's something I've seen any time this has happened recently. The same for the deliberate pace they use.

I don't think giving abuse to the medical staff is fair. They clearly have been given instructions.

Good win tonight and a clean sheet thought we should have scored at least another one and made the last 10 easier and taking Shankland off and leaving us without anyone to hold the ball up didn’t help, but we dug in and got the deserved 3 points. On to Tuesday now for another 3 points

Impressed with Ayr especially first half.Saw the game out in the second half and ran out comfortable winners even though the scoreline suggests otherwise but Dunfermline were horse shit

Horse shit is useful. We were pathetic. A shower of useless fannies.
