Glad I'm not the only one who remembers seeing this, definitely at Motherwell but Google doesn't turn up any info about the documentary. Could I request a translation of this one? The referee first told the players that the holding on wasn't enough for a penalty. When the VAR assistants were looking at it they told the referee to wait with resuming the game when the ball went out. After looking at a few angles, they told the referee that there was a fair bit of holding on, referee said he thought it wasn't enough for a penalty.
