However the SFA cannot be trusted to get such a decision correct and would probably go for the cheapest option for a replacement, rather than the most competent replacement available. The SFA should refund all travelling fans for their commitment in going to the game over there after this farcical performance. They absolutely will not sack him, and even if they did, they absolutely would not make the right decision in replacing him. What a wonderful situation to be in. Granted, McLeish seems to be quite happy to settle for a 3-0 defeat in a must-win game, which is poor enough, but 11 players on a football pitch being this bad can't entirely be blamed on the manager. There isn't one of them on that pitch that deserves to escape criticism. Exactly, they only have a couple of days with the players and ultimately these guys should know how to do the basics correctly, unless they're completely thick of course which is entirely possible. Derry Alli
Imagine being McTominay and going back to Man United getting slagged rotten because your national team got pumped by Kazakhstan. Then they find out you can't actually get a start against Kazakhstan.

vikingTON
Fun facts: Kazakhstan's record wins in the UEFA confederation are 3-0 and 4-0 respectively, both at home to that other bunch of abject permadiddies Andorra. There's still time for a new one to be set.

Rjc-1988
This is painful, they aren't even hanging on - an absolute embarrassment. Davie Provan explaining that 'this was always going to be difficult' probably the lowest point of the past 80 minutes. To be fair with this threadbare squad packed full of mediocrity why on earth should we expect to turn up and win this match?

ScottishZizou
Think we have learnt that English premier league players are much better than Scottish premiership, guys we used to have like Hutton, MacArthur, Morrison (Whittaker in his Norwich days). People saying guys like Jason Kerr etc are morons. People over the years who have said that we should be playing guys in the middle of the Scottish Premiership are just so far off the mark. Tactics seem wrong half of the time . Seems not to be a great team spirit also which also lies at the managers door also. But your correct players have to take responsibility to. lanky_ffc
This 2nd half has been an absolute stroll for them and McLeish has done absolutely nothing to impact the game with his subs.
