Clyde Vs Stirling Albion

Took a drive down and peaked through to look at the pitch. If there is an inspection soon I’d be surprised if it’s on. Paths and roads are fine around the area as long as you don’t drive like a moron.

Doubt they would have an inpsection soon seeing as we're only 20 minutes up the road. If the forecast is for it to rain then they'll surely wait till later on for any inspection.

Hope it does turn to rain, surely the coucil will be out sorting the roads and pavements, surely?

If it’s like South Lanarkshire, I’d seriously doubt that the council will clear any paths or roads round the stadium. They don’t seem to do footpaths or minor roads anymore. Cutbacks and all that.

Stuart Brown has Tweeted to say:

“Update 2 from @ClydeFC : Snow turning to rain, snow cover to be removed from pitch shortly. Pitch playable underneath. Currently working on “Game On”. @Stirling_Albion”

Don't know what its like up in C'nauld bit its absolutely torrential in Airdrie ATM.

Wouldn’t say it’s torrential here 5 mins from Broadwood but think the rain will help clear the snow off the pitch which is the main worry.

Only thing worse than a bad decision is no decision.  Football is MEANT to be part of the entertainment business. Can you imagine if you'd booked a family meal and were told the table could be cancelled an hour and a half before you were due your soup?

Not good...Not Clyde's fault.

Local ref has bottled making a decision, will leave to match referee (David Dickinson) to decide, probably around 1.30 pm.
Good decision.

Get the hospitality folk in before making the declaration.

Excellent business sense.
