When do our u21s meet up with their squads? This midweek might not even work for us.

Never thought of that actually, probably won't work then, in that case will have to play a Tuesday and then a Friday night probably.

Morton had to play Tuesday against us 3 weeks ago and then Friday against Falkirk. Playing Friday wont prevent you playing Tuesday.

Postponement pretty disastrous for us, needed to play again as soon as possible after last weeks disaster to try and get a win.

Need to push for this to be played Tuesday night now unless there's going to be a hectic end of season fixture pile up.

Certainly looking at weather forecast the pitch would be playable by Tuesday.

Is next weekend a possible?  Our game v Falkirk postponed due to international commitments. Mind you we have 2 players away with Under 21s

Not much going for us just now. Ideal time to play Queens given their injury problems. Getting paranoid now, even  the weather’s against us. This is some sort of cosmic conspiracy. Anyone know the last time a game was rained off at Somerset?

We’ve got players away with Scotland so we got a postponement vs Morton.

I've certainly never known a game to be off at Somerset for a waterlogged pitch, been plenty of days like this before and games have gone ahead, pitch has never been brilliant but not flooded like what it is today.

This would have gone ahead on our joke of a pitch.

Not necessarily. All you have under artificial surfaces is an asphalt base, which I'm sure you know.  Very, very rare for our pitch to be waterlogged, but there has been a lot of rain. The roads around here have more than their fair share of surface water just now.

There was a game against Morton in the early 90s called off for that reason. It is a rare occurrence.

No Ayr have players away on international duty too...

It's much easier to remove surface water from a pitch like ours.

No chance, Scotland under 21s the night before.

Three days before we go to Dunfermline ffs, that's not going to work for us because U21's play on Monday 25th in Spain, unless we've got no choice by the SFA and have to play it then.
