the snudge
Who would make a main stage and 2nd stage line up of your Ideal festival? Let's say a main stage of 8 bands/artists and 6 for the second stage? One or two days. The bands still need to be together or in hiatus. I would stick with bands that are quite similar-ish in style despite an varied taste in music. Not all my favourite artists but collectively would give people a good singalong and atmosphere. For talks sake this to be held at Glasgow Green in July. Mines would look maybe something like this... MAIN STAGE DAY ONE Pearl Jam Weezer OkGo Minus the Bear Glassjaw At the drive in Jimmy Eat World Marmaduke Duke 2ND STAGE DAY ONE City and Colour Chvrches The Knife The White Buffalo Akala Regina Spektor MAIN STAGE DAY TWO Rage Against the Machine Marilyn Manson Nine Inch Nails Slayer Deftones Tool Rob Zombie Alexisonfire 2ND STAGE DAY TWO Placebo Gary Numan Idlewild TV on the Radio Twilight Sad Tori Amos As I said not all my favourite artists but I'd buy tickets for this.

Aye you're right! But in terms of a festival that's probably how it'd go here.

fanmoody
I would go to all the festivals that you have suggested here. Metallica, The White Stripes, Pixies, Wolf Alice, Daft Punk these are bands that I want to listen live the most. The day when it happens it will be the best day of my life. Last summer I was at one festival and I see Calvin Harris performance. It was awesome, the sound, the stage and the light effects. I liked the light and sound performance at the concert so much that I even asked what company organized it. This was the company ontourevents. I looked their website and I found that they are very professional, with much experience company. They can make every event unique, creative and memorable. Now I am thinking about to hire their services for my birthday party. Edited July 9, 2020 by fanmoody
