Funny that, as Motherwell were dead against the weekend fixture when we originally wanted it moved and stuck to the midweek slot and we therefore booked a 5 day training camp for this weekend in Tenerife! The players aren't likely to be the ones "whining about it" - it will be the senior people at the club who have paid money for a training camp only to be forced to cancel it to play a game on a date where neither club want it. Its not like its the Winter break and you're being forced to play through it, you chose to pay for a holiday during a cup weekend when its not unknown for rearranged games to be played.
