Mark Connolly
Unsanctioned matches. If you are not sanctioning them, why are you putting aside a large chunk of your show to highlight them?
Ira Gaines
I like the way AEW do it, in the sense that winning one means f**k all. So they acknowledge it's place, but don't acknowledge anything that actually happens during it. That's a good way of working it. It's still daft of course, but it's nice to see some logic attached now and again, unlike most aspects of wrestling.

Complete with entrance music and the wrestlers being announced.
Klanky
Non-title matches - you can almost guarantee the champion will lose.

That isn't even close to true anymore. EDIT: That said, a recent trope has been throwing total no marks into non title matches to try and elevate them. It rarely works. Even losing a good title match has done a better job for many. Edited January 19, 2020 by Andrew Wells
FifeArab
Wrestlers who are in absolute peak condition.....cannot climb a ladder quickly Going up so slow, 10 secs to easy grab the belts and they just stand and wait.
Guest bernardblack
Classic one on raw this week. Heel wrestlers are being thrown out by the ref whilst on the apron....ref cannot see what’s going on so face comes in and hits the heel. Then the heels leave the apron so the ref can make the count [emoji23]

DA Baracus
Wrestlers being confused when their opponent's music hits and they (the opponent) don't appear, all whilst the wrestler stands like a moron facing the entrance way. They never once think to turn around, despite the fact that loads of wrestlers have done an identical sneak attack in the past, sometimes even the dumb wrestler in the ring themselves. DA Baracus
Maybe not the the right thread but I fucking cannot stand the DX 'invasion' of WCW. Absolutely hate that clip.
Ira Gaines
I'd love for once, someone to look to the audience to see if they're coming and then they come down the ramp.
KingRocketman II
Money in the Bank - be nice to see a wrestler occasionally at one of these matches just get up a ladder like a normal person; instead every single time regardless of the stage of the match, they are suddenly overcome with fatigue and grogginess and need to place both feet on each rung before moving on to next...........

In the Smackdown 2 game for the PS1 if you selected a ladder match with the computer you have to be quick as they immediately run for and up the ladder and win in seconds.

Undertaker is my exception... we have had barbers, dentists, policemen, army sargents etc etc. I loved this back in the day! The tax collector, the binman, the matador, the teacher.. Used to be much more fun back then IMO. Especially the entrance music.
