Bishop Briggs Posted June 4, 2019 Share Posted June 4, 2019 (edited) Heidi Allen, Chukka Umunna, Sarah Wollaston, Angela Smith, Luciana Berger and Gavin Shuker have left Change UK. Anna Soubry (the new Leader) and Chris Leslie had taken control of the party and appointed their spouses to key internal positions. Money talks as usual... Allen will be the first to join the Lib Dems who now control her local council. She had advocated tactical voting for the Lib Dems at the Euro elections. Wollaston will join her but Umunna could wait a bit longer. An odious bunch of unprincipled and greedy opportunists! Woolaston voted Remain in the referendum, and also voted with Labour to suspend the roll out of Universal Credit.
