Queen's Park v Clyde

Recommended Posts

Can’t wait to skelp these diddies on their home patch with only a junior cb available to play up front. Following our easy win at Broadwood last time we played them it will be glorious scenes as they realise natural order is restored once and for all.
Natural order ... get yer trophies on the table! Our 10 Scottish Cup wins to open.

Looks like you selected the "all matches" option.

Here's the home matches option. More representative to your argument. Here to help.

Which is conveniently missing our highest home attendance against Stirling and QP's average is significantly boasted by the large away support we brought to Hampden earlier in the season.

That's right, you brought 20,000 to Hampden. The car park was chock-a-block with all your caravans.

Should we start banks on start sat perhaps. Fresh things up a bit and get the belief that we can and should be beating QP away if we have aspiratons of going up directly and points difference aswell another factor...

Though QP very difficult opponent on there home patch and knowing us we.ll get beat sat but win away to stirling...

Fingers crossed for any win

Bragging rights aside (are there still some Clyde fans who remember that your rivals are Thistle?) the outcome of this game won't change much for either time. The trajectory Clyde is on almost certainly assures a play-off place in the 2nd v 3rd semi but I think EC will have enough about their squad to win it. They are by far the best and most consistent team we've faced this season. QP will be content with mid-table medoicrity and by the summer look back on that as a decent season given the wipeout last summer and the injury stack we've had all season.

But Saturday should be good to watch. We've played some braw football of late only to fail with the finishing, something we've struggled with for a few years now. And if Clyde have had a light strike force and still grinding out wins then it'll be a good match-up.

2-1 home win.
