Falkirk v Queens

This is fucking massive for the Rayvolution. Couple of games unbeaten but failure to go for it cost us and made points feel like losses. The next step for McKinnons version of the team has been taken today. Massive for confidence to give someone a hiding. Its been so long

Looks like we’re a one man team. Three wins (ICT, County, Dundee) and a draw (Dundee) when Low plays. Two defeats (Thistle and Falkirk) when he doesn’t.

Well that was excellent. Queens could have played until Monday and not scored. The doppelgänger pretending to be Dobbie can let the real one return now. Ref was unbelievably bad. The first wasn’t a yellow and the second was harsh. Excellent win though, signings looked good.

Better side won. We werent really at the races today. Dobbie worried the keeper from long distance early on but nobody was near enough for the rebound. He should have scored near the end but caught it too well and Burgoyne made a terrific save. In between though, although we had lots of possession we did little with it. Aird should have done better with a couple of 1st half efforts.

Cant believe some Falkirk fans are having a go at the ref for Keillor-Davis' sending off. They should be having a go at their player. Utterly stupid. He should have been booked first half and could have no complaint when he eventually was booked. To then haul Maguire back right in front of the ref 2 mins later when you are already 2-0 up is utter madness.

I'd pretty much forgotten what it felt like to be approaching the last ten minutes of a game and not worrying about the opposition grabbing a point or three.

Solid all over the park and despite not getting himself on the score sheet Rudden was constantly nipping at defenders and putting them under pressure. It was also very refreshing to see the defence refusing to be bullied and doing the basics relatively well. Finally we have a creative outlet as well so I feel a bit more hopeful this Saturday eveing given we've still to see Jarvis in action.
