Additionally there have been several obvious TV-friendly Scottish Cup ties which have not been shown by Sky or the BBC in recent years (most notably the Edinburgh derby in 2016) due to them being on the same night as the Champions League. The new MOU may not make any explicit mention of cup competitions, but to my knowledge there has been no cup football scheduled and shown on TV in direct competition to the Champions League/Europa League anywhere in Europe over the last season or so since it came into being.
