Hahaha

We were beaten by Brechin a couple of years ago and had a bench of Peter McGill, Sean McKenzie, Shaun Newman, Craig Beattie and Brian Gilmour.

That bench had league 2 written all over it!

Initially I thought McGill looked very promising but then he ended up at Ladeside !!

As for Beattie & Gilmour, they both had a pedigree but ended up more like pedigree chum (dug meat).............

3 of those guys aren’t even at League 2 level. That’s how bad it was.

Caley Shaun’s thread ‘Robertson must GO’ last week almost guarantees a win for us here. Sorry lads.

Hope we start with the 2-2-6 formation we struggled to break Ayr down with in the last 15 minutes of the last match between the two sides.

Flattered to deceive. Good range of pass but had nothing else to his game.

When Gilmour was good he was awrite.

When he was bad he was brutal. Is he still playing?

Rangers youth coach now.

He could quite easily play for a mid table League 1 but he’ll get a decent wage at Rangers you’d imagine.

I think he's still at Rangers, he had a 6 month or so spell in which he was really good, thought his time was up at Ayr, but he was quite an underrated player

The 15/16 season he was good but was out his depth in the Championship and he never recovered for the following season.

Didn’t you know about the dressing room fight club that McCall organised?

Someone get the photo of Moore and Forrest wrestling, can’t find it anywhere.

I thought we weren’t supposed to talk about that?

f**k sake, Tomorrow is going to be grim. As already mentioned we have six players out.  Lawrence Shankland, Liam Smith, Mark Kerr, Jamie Adams and Alan Forrest all injured while Andy Murdoch is suspended

Best team I can think of with the players we have fit:

Doohan

Geggan  Bell Rose Harvie

McDaid Crawford Docherty  McGuffie

Moffat Moore

Subs:- Hare-Reid, Ferguson, Higgins, McCowan, Ecrepont, Whoever else is fit.

Rooney (still) and McKay suspended for us. Apparently we have 3 players out with the flu, anyone know who they are?

Geggan, Rose, Doc could all be playing with an injury too. Don't have much attacking options on the bench either. Should be a good laugh tomorrow anyway.

f**k I’m glad I’m not going tomorrow

I’m gonna just write tomorrow off and look forward to Auchinleck next week.

This could be an utter shitfest if we have 5 players out from the thinnest squad on planet earth playing against a depleted Ayr side. It’s a complete lottery.

If that’s the case then maybe Higgins should play and keep one of the injured for the bench
