Thought the discussion was on a wider subject of SFA competency rather than purely an Old Firm thing.

Effectively all teams in the Premiership have been affected by this in one way or another whereas very few of us choose to visit the BB's forum.

Exactly. Should have stayed where it was. Should be pinned at the very top of the Premiership forum.

In the Celtic/rangers part of the forum.

Thanks for that, but no idea why someone has decided that something that affects Scottish football in general, should be punted to the Celtic/Rangers section.

The 50 shades of grey between the ref and the compliant officer was to hot to handle for the main stage.

Absolutely - early in the season Saints were hit by this.

Opening day against Aberdeen Morelos escapes a ban for kicking an opponent - a red card for anyone else all day long.

He plays the next week and scores the opener against Saints at Ibrox.

That same weekend Brown elbows Naismith and Naismith stamps on a Celtic player in the Hearts v Celtic game.

Both players should have had 3 match bans, but instead the compliance officer says 'nothing to see here' (maybe because they couldn't ban Naismith without banning Brown, or maybe they couldn't ban either because of what they'd just done for Morelos).

Naismith plays in the Hearts v Saints game on Match day 4 (when he should have been banned) and scores a hat trick.

Now obviously Saints have been crap this year and would probably have lost both of those games, but the way the OF are treated absolutely DOES affect the rest of us.

You have actually managed to take Rangers cheated out of two points at Pittidrie by officials, who have publicly admitted, guessing at a decision and getting it wrong and somehow turned that in to St Mirren suffering

I am the original poster of this thread, and frankly am enraged that it has been moved to the Ugly Sisters section. The whole point of the discussion is that it impacts on all clubs potentially. In fact the essence is that all us other clubs are being discriminated against in terms of disciplinary procedural fairness. Think again, Admin. Your reasoning is flawed.

Are you seriously saying that Morelos did not kick an opponent when the ball was miles away?

Are you the compliance officer perchance?

If Morelos had stayed on the park, given that Aberdeen play better against eleven men, I think that decision actually gained Rangers one point. Unless you can prove otherwise of course.

Ok it was a penalty and McGregor should have been off the park but f**k it. Let it go!! We won the game convincingly and no matter how many acts of simulation Christie got away with.. it got them nothing in the end !!

Happy New Year !!

What are you on about?
