Will today's teaser beat Scuzz or will someone beat him to the punch.  Back in 2013, we won an East of Scotland Cup match at Luncarty by 8-0.  We had only played them once before in our history.  When and what was the score?

Brockville was the setting for the 1979 Junior Cup semi-final clash with Pollok.   The Journal said the BU's " grabbed the gallants of Glasgow by the scruff of the neck on a sunny afternoon".  The BU's triumphed 2-0, with goals from Lex Shields just after the half hour and Ray Logan wrapping it up five minutes from time.

The team was: Howie, Robertson, McQueen, Miller, Stewart, Reid, Shields, Masterton, Logan, Boyd, McDonald (Dunleavie) sub Taylor.

1978 and the BU's travelled to the 'pans on League business with Preston Athletic and returned home with a 6-2 win under their belts.  Goals came from an Ian Miller double, 1 a penalty, two from Lex Shields and counters from Robin Craw and Dave Taylor.  The team is incomplete in reports but there was a trialist 'keeper along with Taylor, Breen, Craw, Miller, Balanowski, Shields, McDonald and subs McQueen, Eddie.

A teaser today.  Who was the BU player sent off in a Fife and Lothians Cup win over Musselburgh in 2015?

Hunter sent off?

Was this not the game that made the press where a man on Musselburgh’s bench that allegedly nobody knew who he was assaulted our then assistant manager?
