Ayr United V Whoever is left at Falkirk

When McKinnon left Morton were 7 points ahead of Falkirk, one game manager-less and then Johannson came in and now 12 points ahead.

Point nicely avoided. If Johansen had been in from the start of Morton’s season, they'd be hovering slightly above Partick and Alloa. They're only 12 ahead because of those 7 points, it'd be 5 otherwise.

Or to put it another way, in all those games, he's pulled away by five points from the worst Falkirk team ever.

Reserve judgement when he can have some footballers in his squad not 11 relatively fit men under 30 who have no talent.

I will now noise you lot up.

Having seen Ayr twice they are probably the weakest of the current top 4. In fact DA are IMO better. Just saying
Having watched us at the Falkirk stadium I couldn't argue with that assessment.

Although you obviously didn't watch us on alba when we demolished Dundee United.

That was a joyous evening, but it's our only league win in a long time.

No need to plead with them . They're utter dug shite. Ayr will win this by 3 at least.

Harsh... but fair.

Engineering works between Glasgow Central and Paisley on Saturday unfortunately. Or you can go via a change at Killie at 1213 if you have a fear of replacement buses and can handle the 13 minutes waiting there.

Simply has to be the biggest stick on home win banker of the season. Not checked the odds, but if you are looking for a swift £50 profit, you’d have to stick on a sizeable wedge to make it happen.

Ken we’ll have more signings to come before Saturday but as it stands out attacking options are Dennon Lewis, Kevin O’Hara and Tom Dallison. A complete jobber who’ll be playing somewhere around the 8th tier of English football within the next 12 months, a c**t who has been struggling to get off the bench for Stenny and who’s next step is the juniors and a compete diddy of a centre half who’ll be back down South working in Nandos before the year is out.

Don’t know whether to laugh or cry about that tbh.

I’m sure Ohara loan is up after this weekend so it’s Lewis up top as it stands.

Rudden loan actually up after this game so scrap that.

It will be a league one striker, but not Kevin O'Hara....

You guys signed a new team yet?

Vanarama are having a whip round for us as I type this. 11 mint diddies with no talent to speak of are currently being bundled into the back of a transit.

Don't forget, we were 2-0 down to them the last game at Somerset. It won't be a walkover.

This

Falkirk are nowhere near the worst team I’ve seen this season. They collapsed in the second half of that game and we came flying out the traps and battered them.

Hoping that they don’t do too much business in the next couple of days and anyone they do sign isn’t up to speed yet.

Will we get to use the railway end in the first half or will it be given to Falkirk. Can't see Falkirk bringing many down.

Will probably depend on whether we can use the turnstiles at the SRE yet. Tbh can't see that wall being fixed before the end of the season if insurance companies have got anything to do with it.

Somerset is fine as far as I’m aware. Although Mark Kerr was on a podcast a few months ago and he said the club were preparing for changes to be made to the stadium should we go up.

At least it's not Shankland you asked about.
