kingjoey
A sixteen point turnaround on Hearts in eight weeks. That’s pretty good in my book. Where’s Elixir gone?

So that’s a nineteen point swing in seven and a half weeks, and there was one international weekend in that time as well. That’s simply insane. To be fair to Hearts, most teams would struggle if their two main central Defenders got injured long-term and the same with their Strikers as well. kingjoey
Really enjoyed the match today. Dominated the game up until that fancy free kick move, really good actually, which led to a great Lewis save, his only one in the whole match. That seemed to give a Hearts a bit of confidence and up until the penalty the game was there for either team. Logan is definitely back to his best, Considine and McKenna solid, but Max Lowe is going to be a miss in the next two games. Shinnie will step in, but means that we’ll lose a bit of bite in midfield. Thought that, apart from once getting caught at the edge of our box, Dean Campbell had a really steady spell on the pitch, and the same with Gleeson. Sam Cosgrove is indistinguishable from the player of two months ago, and we really need that. All in all a great three points today made all the sweeter listening to Levein whingeing on about decisions going against his team yet again. If you listened to him all Hearts losses/draws in the last seven weeks are the officials fault. Great fun.

While this is true, Aberdeen also had to turn it around at the same time, and have done incredibly well to do so.
G-MAN
To be fair to Hearts, most teams would struggle if their two main central Defenders got injured long-term and the same with their Strikers as well. Our 2 main central defenders have only played together in the same team a couple of times this season. Our strikers haven’t been scoring (copyright Scottish Media) We’ve had our injuries too, it’s not consigned just to Hearts. Rewind to Sportsound after that Tynecastle game, leading up to the LC Semi. The talk was had DM and Doc taken us as far as the could. Was their time up ? Only Mr Stewart stuck up for the Reds as per usual. For all the slagging Aberdeen get when things go wrong, they get Zero credit on here whenever they get it right, particularly DM. Natural Order restored Mr Levein. Aberdeen and Celtic in the Top 2.
