So Talbot will win the league again, lording it over all the West Juniors and hoovering up cash from the senior cup.
They should be forced up the way to compete at a higher level and not be allowed to continue with the false dominance. There are loads of levels up the pyramid for them to test themselves at..Its an utter nonsense that they are allowed to stay at a lower level.
Why would any club with a shred of ambition even want to stay at a lower level just to say they win every week and pick up tinpot trophies and medals?

It was not not that tinpot when your club went cap in hand asking to ply your trade in the juniors was it

There was nowhere else to go.

It is what it is but we’d much rather not be in it and if we were good enough to win the league we’d most definitely want to go up!

Tin pot trophies? what determines tin pot? Looking down the nose at grades and levels is quite pointless. Scottish football as a whole suffers from this and our near nieghbours regularly do this down south. However, taking that thinking to a conclusion the only tournament worth winning would be the Champions League. Talbot are a small town club playing in non league football. It is up to others in that sqhere to up their game, not for Talbot to move out the way. It is one thing to adopt the tin pot argument from above, but to do it from within while unable to win the tin pot is quite something!

Unbelievable arrogance and disrespect for the hand that fed you when your club had fucked it up and had nowhere to go or play

You don’t think Junior football has benefitted from allowing us in? Given that 90% of clubs are watched by two men and a dog?

Wow such wit and insight.

Thr groundwork will start next month and we’ll be leasing Holm Park which is owned by the council like many of your Ayrshire Chums.

We’ll be applying for an SFA license and trying to move the club forward. If we have to leave Junior football we will.

The mission of the club is to play at the highest level possible unlike Talbot.

Told ye the minority bankie posters wid take it much worse.. to be very clear i do not think that these posters reflect the decent club that are clydebank fc.

Talbot play to the rules and can't gain promotion so anything else is hypothetical at the moment. Lack of ambition? We want to win everything all the time, well I certainly do. I think your mistaking ambition for delusion, in which case I agree your much more ambitious.

What i dont understand with these posters is even with the coming changes Clydebank would still have to win to gain promotion from whatever league their in. if the bankies were winning everything and the league the posters arugments would make more sense but their no. why did clydebank not join the lowland league at its creation?  Did you think yous would be worse off perhaps? Whats changed or what is upsetting you that Talbot have similar views to what ur club once did?

Clydebank had it posted from the friggen rafters  and club calendars when they won the sectional, so saying they are tinpot is laughable.  It's quite clear that these few posters think their club is better than those around it and the juniors as a whole. Lot of work still yet to do.

Great idea, forcibly promote Talbot, and for argument sake Hurlford and Beith so Bankies have a chance of being promoted to the league that........yes, Talbot, Hurlford and Beith are in. If Talbot are happy where they are then fine. Forcing teams up the way? Genius

For avoidance of any doubt, KB is not spokesperson for Clydebank FC

Nice to see a voice of reason from the Clydebank following.

Unpleasant viewing as yesterday was for Ford fans, personally I'll take that along with the Talbot fan's banter / abuse in preference any day compared to standing next to ten parents on a wind swept sports centre plastic fantastic watching us pump a glorified boys club. If some folk want that, fine. Why drag the rest of us with you to the perceived Nirvana.

Clydebank fans are the voice and they want us to get out of what we’re in!

If the clubs above don’t want to progress then what other option do we have other then to leave?
